Honing her craft through forty years of teaching, twenty of which in elementary general music, along with decades leading Michigan’s premier family roots band, Lake Effect, Ms Tiyi, referred to as a child whisperer, and her puppet pal, Rootbear, are sure to bring delight and fun to every room. Each gathering features a local or regional folk musician who is adept at sharing music with everyone in the room. Fiddle Scouts often involves drumming, singing or playing a new instrument!
