(Meeting will be prior to the 7:30 pm concert, featuring The Steel Wheels. From 5:45 – 6 pm, those attending the 6 pm meeting can save a seat in the concert hall.)

- Each Ten Pound Fiddle board member will give an up-date: Membership, Secretary, Treasurer, Gate, Sound, PR, Fiddle Scouts, Dances, Volunteer Coordinator, Concert Booking.
- Questions / suggestions from those in attendance.
- Discussion and vote on two items. (Only current, 2019-2020 Ten Pound Fiddle members can vote.)
- 1. Wave the $2500 spending limit regarding one specific band for the 2020-2021 season.
- 2. Spend $5000 to continue underwriting the radio show “Folk with Matt Watroba” on WKAR, 90.5 FM, Sundays, 6 – 8 pm, and streamed on WKAR.ORG
