On Friday, September 22, the Fiddle will be offering 1000s of folk, Americana and blues CDs and LPs for sale.
This huge fundraiser helps pay for Fiddle Scouts, the Ten Pound Fiddle’s Saturday morning program where regional and local musicians play music with children.
The CD / LP fundraiser will last all day, from 9 am – 7:30 pm, up until the start of the Anne Hills/ Matt Watroba Fiddle show that evening (down the hall). Most selections will be $1 each, with all proceeds going to pay Fiddle Scout musicians.
This very last CD / LP fundraiser event will be the first since Covid began, so the selection of donated recordings is tremendous. Have a favorite recording you would like to track down, or a young friend who would enjoy listening to LPs of some of this music’s classic albums? Friday, September 22 is the date to remember.
