This intergenerational, interactive workshop begins with rhythm play, singing, and an exploration of the ukulele, and concludes with a playful shaker dance party. Whether you or your child are picking up an instrument for the first time, or you already have a deep love of music-making, this workshop is the perfect space to explore, create, and connect through family music. All ages welcome! Instruments are provided, no prior experience necessary.
Amber Rozel is an ‘ukulele performer, violinist, and violist with a love of playful story-telling and music for all ages. Hailing from Pittsburgh, PA, she delivers engaging performances with heart, humor, and a boundless love for music. A dedicated educator with more than 20 years experience, she holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from SUNY Fredonia and Nazareth College.
